![]() I think this is a fantastic feature of the mouse and it shows that UtechSmart have gone all the way to ensure users are completely satisfied with the product. Mac users can opt for third party software to program the buttons if they wish. Don’t blame UtechSmart here because it seems all gaming mice have problems working with Apple’s stubborn OS X. Unfortunately, the software provided with the Venus is Windows-only. My thumb and index finger right the way to my little pinky all feel in place and comfortable. The ergonomics ensure my fingers flow into the moulds – and stay there. ![]() It feels great in my large hands, and I don’t have to think whilst using the mouse at all. The attention to detail is exquisite and bundled with it’s design and features it makes this mouse really special to me. What really makes this product special to me, though, is it’s quality. There’s also a small tub containing weights that you can add to really get the best experience from the Venus mouse. It comes with the usual documentation and a software CD so you can programme the 14 additional buttons scattered all over the mouse. ![]() It’s rewarding to see so many bits and pieces fall out, and when you do pull out the mouse it weighs in your hand like any premium product should. Opening the box isn’t an anti-climax either. It’s full of graphics that illustrate the features of the mouse (of which there are many!), and when you lift the flap you can see the mouse itself. It comes boxed elegantly in a stylish box that really shows of the device inside. From the eye-catching retail packaging to the hardware and features of the mouse this truly does not fail to crack a smile on my face. The UtechSmart Venus Gaming Mouse is without a pinch of doubt the best product I have reviewed in a very long time. ![]()
